Terms of Service

1. General Terms

• Clear communication.

• Neat reference (prefered).

• Not a wall of text.

• Ill behavior will not be tolerated.

• Follow any rules posted.

• Must be 18+ to commission a piece.

Avoided Content

The following will not be depicted in any manner:

• Cub/underaged in any NSFW context.

• Torture/Abuse/Unwanted suffering

• Rape

• Scat

2. Payment

• All payment must be upfront in USD currency.

• I will send an invoice via PayPal.

• Invoices must be paid in a timely manner. If unpaid for 3 days, the commission will be canceled.

• No other methods of payment are accepted at this time.

3. Process

Step 1: Project Discussion

• The commissioner will provide details of the project, including any written details, references or artwork. Visual references are not mandatory.

Step 2: Piece Being Created

Artwork

• WIP will be sent after sketch, line art, and color segment is complete.

• Sketch: large changes are allowed

• Line Art: Minor changes are allowed

• Color Segments: Color changes are allowed

Writing

• Outline: large changes are allowed

• Rough draft: medium changes are allowed

• Final Draft: Minor changes are allowed

Step 3: Presentation of Final Product for Review

• A preview of the final product will be provided to ensure everything is as expected.

• This is generally the final chance to have anything changed without additional fees and slot availablity requirements.

Step 4: Delivery

• Final product will be delivered in either a pdf or png file format.

• Alternative delivery methods may be discussed.
